Through this notice, “SkyWeed Madrid Cannabis Social Club” (hereinafter, “SkyWeed Madrid Club”) informs users of the website https://skyweedmadrid.com/, in compliance with Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, so that users may decide, prior, unequivocal, free and voluntarily, whether to provide SkyWeed Madrid Club with the personal data requested for contracting the various services offered on the website.
Users are therefore informed that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file whose owner and controller is SkyWeed Madrid Club, with registered office in Barcelona, Spain, which will carry out mixed processing for the purpose of maintaining the relationship as well as managing, administering, providing, expanding and improving our services.

Membership Control
With regard to possible transfers to third-party collaborators, these will always be limited to your prior consent or when they arise from the free and legitimate acceptance of a legal relationship whose development, compliance and control necessarily imply the connection of such processing with third-party files. Likewise, transfers will be made when covered by a mandatory legal regulation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is considered necessary to complete all required data in the forms available on the website truthfully, accurately, completely and updated. Otherwise, SkyWeed Madrid Club may, as appropriate, choose not to register the user or may deny the specific service requested.

SkyWeed Madrid Club has no responsibility regarding the user’s direct membership in the club. Our website only facilitates a pre-application, which is nothing more than a notification for the user and the designated club. In case of doubts or requests for advice, send an email to madridskyweed@gmail.com, identifying yourself and indicating “PRIVACY POLICY” in the subject line. Specific consent will be required.
The request must include the name and surname(s) of the person making the request or their legal representative, as well as a document proving such representation, a statement describing the request, an address for notification purposes, the date and signature of the requester, and any supporting documents relevant to the request.
If the request does not meet the specified requirements, you will be asked to correct it. As for the right of access, it will only be denied when the request does not meet the requirements mentioned above and no legitimate interest is demonstrated. No fee will be required to exercise these rights.
Requests relating to the exercise of the right to cancel identifying data of users while they maintain their relationship with SkyWeed Madrid Club cannot be granted.
Membership Cancellation
In compliance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and the amendments introduced by Law 32/2003 of 3 November on General Telecommunications, it is stated that acceptance of this clause through the insertion of personal data in the contact forms also implies your consent to receive personal communications by email.
At any time, the user may object to the processing of their data for these purposes and revoke the consent given by sending a written communication by email directly to the club’s email address, indicating “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line.
Specific consent will be required, and SkyWeed Madrid Club will not be responsible for processing the cancellation of the user once that person has physically registered at the club.
